Semablu is a satellite imagery super-resolution platform that processes Sentinel-2 satellite data using artificial intelligence models. By creating an account or using the Semablu console or API, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
All imagery delivered by Semablu is AI-enhanced. Our platform applies deep learning super-resolution models to Copernicus Sentinel-2 satellite data to increase spatial resolution beyond the native sensor resolution.

Source imagery is sourced from the Copernicus Sentinel-2 mission, operated by the European Space Agency (ESA) under the Copernicus Open Access Hub. Copernicus data is made available under the Copernicus Sentinel Data Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for ensuring their downstream use of processed imagery complies with these terms.
The Semablu platform and all output products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Semablu and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Semablu in the three months preceding the claim.

The Semablu platform, AI models, and associated software are the intellectual property of Semablu. Output imagery derived from Copernicus data is subject to the Copernicus data licence. You retain the right to use processed imagery for your own purposes in accordance with these Terms, but may not claim ownership of the AI models or processing pipeline.
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Semablu platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures (including cloud compute providers), or events outside our control may result in service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the console. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
